Delaware Youth is a not-for-profit organization that funds programs that seek to address the root causes of poverty by fostering the building of power and community among the poor.Delaware Youth maintains this World Wide Web Site with its home page in the domain "DelawareYouth.com" (the "Website").Delaware Youth offers access at no charge to any person who uses or accesses this Website with the express condition that they agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Terms and Conditions of Use Notice ("Notice").By using or accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by this Notice.
